Studio Policies

Please review the following prior to your appointment:

• ​Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to relax and prepare for your appointment.

• All required appointment questionnaires must be completed prior to your visit.

​​​​

• Our studio is an adults-only environment.  All services are reserved for guests 18 and over.

​

• To maintain a calm, focused experience, children are not permitted in the studio. Arriving with a child will be treated as a same day cancellation and charged in full.​​​​

​

• Guests arriving more than 20% late to their appointment are considered a same day cancellation, will be treated as a same day cancellation and charged in full.

​

• Same day cancellations and no-show appointments are charged in full.

​​

• Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or changed with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee.​​​

​

• A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Select services require prepayment and/or non-refundable deposits.

​

• Future appointments may not be scheduled until any outstanding balances are resolved.​
