Come Prepared To Your Lash Extensions Appointment

• Arrive with completely clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes

  • No mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, concealer or strip lash adhesive residue

• Ensure you have no remaining lash extensions from another studio

  • If you currently have extensions from another studio, they must be fully removed prior to your appointment. Removal services are available and must be booked and completed in advance

• Avoid oil-based products around the eye area for 24 hours before your appointment

• Remove contact lenses before your service to avoid any discomfort 

• Wear comfortable clothing and plan to relax with eyes closed and minimal talking for up to 3 hours

  • Some guests prefer to wear earbuds and listen to a podcast during their appointments​

• Please reschedule if you are experiencing any eye irritations or infections

• Please limit caffeine on the day of your appointment to help reduce involuntary eye movements during your procedure

• Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment, keep cell phones silenced and movement to a minimum during your service​

• If you wish to have a patch test performed, this consultation must be booked and completed in advance 

• If you're getting lash extensions applied for the first time or for a special occasion or trip, we recommend booking a full set and at least 2 fills leading up to that date to account for any allergic reactions and to fine tune your desired look

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule in order to maintain quality results
